Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto menyatakan dukungannya investasi dapat terus ditingkatkan di Indonesia dalam berbagai sektor agar target investasi senilai Rp3.414 triliun bisa tercapai pada 2029.

 

Menteri Investasi dan Hilirisasi/Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) Rosan Roeslani mengungkapkan dukungan Presiden Prabowo itu seusai melaporkan capaian penuh investasi di Indonesia 2024 dan target-target baru yang disiapkan kepada Presiden Prabowo.

 

"Bapak Presiden mendukung penuh karena investasi mempunyai kontribusi yang sangat signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia," kata Rosan di Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, Selasa.

 

Rosan kemudian menyebutkan data-data yang turut dipaparkan kepada Presiden Prabowo di antaranya terkait nilai investasi yang diterima Indonesia sepanjang 2024 bernilai Rp1.714,2 triliun melebihi target awal Rp1.650 triliun.

 

Sejumlah investasi itu juga berhasil menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang tentunya menyerap tenaga kerja dalam negeri sebanyak 2.456.130 orang, naik sebesar 34,7 persen dibandingkan dengan capaian di 2023.

 

Jika dilihat dari lokasi penempatan investasi, Rosan menyebutkan investasi di luar Pulau Jawa memiliki persentase sebesar 52,2 persen dengan nilai Rp895,4 triliun dan untuk investasi di Pulau Jawa sebesar 47,8 persen dengan nilai Rp818,8 triliun.

 

Sedangkan dari sisi sumber modal, Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi mencatat bahwa penanaman modal asing (PMA) memiliki persentase yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN). Adapun PMA memiliki porsi sebesar 52,5 persen atau senilai Rp 900,2 triliun dan PMDN 47,5 persen atau Rp 814 triliun.

 

Jika dibandingkan capaian 2024 dengan 2023, Rosan menyebutkan terdapat peningkatan baik di PMA maupun di PMDN dengan persentase masing-masing sebesar 21 persen dan 20,6 persen.

 

Investasi di bidang hilirisasi di 2024 juga turut dilaporkan dengan realisasi investasi sebesar Rp407,8 triliun atau sebesar 23,8 persen dari total investasi yang ada di Indonesia.

 

"Itu (realisasi investasi hilirisasi) tidak hanya di bidang mineral, tapi juga ada di bidang kehutanan Rp64 triliun mencakup kehutanan, pulp and paper; kemudian pertanian di oleochemical Rp 67,1 triliun, minyak dan gas petrochemical di Rp23,1 triliun, dan juga di baterai kendaraan listrik itu Rp 8,4 triliun," kata Rosan.

 

Dalam hal proyeksi, Rosan menyebutkan sesuai dengan angka pertumbuhan ekonomi yang direncanakan oleh Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) maka Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi juga telah menyiapkan target setiap tahunnya hingga 2029.

 

Untuk 2025 diharapkan investasi yang masuk ke Indonesia bisa mencapai Rp1.905 triliun dengan harapan pertumbuhan ekonomi 5,3 persen. Kemudian 2026 diharapkan besaran investasi mencapai Rp2.175 triliun dengan harapan kontribusi untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional 6,3 persen.

 

Kemudian 2027 diharapkan investasi yang masuk bernilai Rp2.567 triliun dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi senilai 7,5 persen, lalu di 2028 nilai investasi yang masuk diharapkan mencapai Rp2.969 triliun dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi 7,7 persen.

Terakhir, untuk 2029 dengan target pertumbuhan ekonomi 8 persen, maka pemerintah menargetkan investasi yang diharapkan masuk Rp3.414 triliun.
